Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- BOOKING CONDITIONS:
25% of rent is paid when making the reservation.
75% of rent is paid 6 weeks before first date of reservation.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds or Euros.
For lets of 6 nights or less, 3 nights will be at weekend rate and remainder at midweek rate.
Heating of the pool is optional and not usually necessary during summer - if required it is 90 Euros a week.
A damage/breakages deposit of one third of the equivalent of one week's rent is payable 6 weeks before reservation and is refundable within a maximum of 7 days of departure, subject to satisfactory check-out.
Rental includes Wi Fi Internet, all utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and normal cleaning after checking out.
Check-in time is 4pm onwards or earlier if villa is not occupied the previous night.
Check-out time is by 11am or later if villa is not occupied night following departure.
Smoking is ONLY allowed on terrace.
