- Rental period is normally from Saturday to Saturday, however, shorter breaks as well as different check out dates can be arranged during off-peak season.
- Half of the rental is payable at booking and the rest together with a €300 Euro security deposit one month before arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after departure.
