  • The rental rate includes:

    The villa for the rental period, there are no additional charges. It also includes a Housekeeper service of 2 hours per day. If additional hours are required, a supplement will apply.

    Bookings can be made on line via our website. To make a reservation a 50% non refundable deposit is required with the balance payable 8 weeks in advance of the arrival date. If the reservation is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, 100% of the payment is required.

    A cash Euro/UK Sterling security deposit of 2,500 is required plus a credit card detail. This will be returned upon checkout provided that the villa is returned without damage.

  • The villa can comfortably cater for up to 18 guests. All bedrooms are very large, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light with some having access to terraces. All have ample storage and wardrobe space. The make up of the bedrooms can be set up to guest requirements. The main house: The main house comprises of 2 en-suites and three large bedrooms that can be made up as double/twin bedded rooms or as triples. Where a triple room is required, the third bed will be a very comfortable and durable fold up bed. The self contained apartment: The annexed apartment also offers variable accommodation. In addition to having its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with large walk in shower, television and private terrace, it can be made up as a two double bedroom apartment or a one bedroom apartment with living area.
