The price includes: rent, value added tax, initial fitting out of bed linen & towels, heating, electricity, water, and wireless internet connection.
Not included is the tourists tax & the final cleaning.
Tourists tax: Euro 2.20 per person per day (children under 15 years of age are tax exempt).
Compulsory final cleaning per Apartment: € 60,00.
Compulsory final cleaning for the whole Chalet: € 190,00
Parking: one parking space per each apartment in the public park house is included in the price, extra parking maybe available upon request.
Use of electric ski boot driers, washing machine and tumble dryer is free of charge.
Extra linen/towel sets are available upon request at an extra cost of €6 per linen set and €3 for towels set.
Any extra bed is charged at €20 per day.
Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request. - Payment: 25% payment in advance and the balance 30 days before check-in date
No pets allowed.
No smoking.
Check-in: Saturdays after 4pm
Check-out: Saturday before 10am
