Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental rates are in Euros per week. Credit cards or Euro transfer to French bank account are accepted.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on reservation, payment of the balance 8 weeks before arrival.
Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Some flexibility may be available during the mid and low seasons.
Rental rates include bed linen and towels, a welcome pack and end of stay cleaning.
Additional cleaning services are available at an extra hourly charge.
A Security deposit of £500 is required on arrival (if paying by Credit Card this is 'reserved' on the card and arrival)
Please ask about delivery of prepared meals on your arrival or during your stay.

- The Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor has a lovely large double bed, floor to ceiling wardrobes and and en-suite shower room - with it's own outdoor terrace ! There is also access to the spacious roof terrace accessible from this room. Bedroom 2 on the 1st floor is a light and airy room with a king size bed which can also be used as twin beds. Bedroom 3 also on the 1st floor is a cosy attractive guest room with a single bed and storage space. A travel cot is available on request. One set of bed linen per bed is provided in the rental cost. For multiple week bookings, linen changes may be provided at a supplementary cost of 10€ euros per person or there is a washing machine on site for those preferring to do their own laundry.
