- This newly renovated apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas and major attractions in Barcelona, the famous neighbourhood of L´Eixample in Barcelona. The calle Girona is part of the heritage itinererio called 'El cuadrado de Oro'. This apartment is located in the attic of a modern building, which was built in the year 2005. The building has a lobby with a double safety door and elevator. It is a very bright and cheerful apartment. The apartment has a spacious living room with two balconies overlooking the street Girona and its wonderful modernist façades. The living room has two comfortable sofas 140x200 which turn into doubles beds and a handy table in which you can work or connect to the internet. The apartment has two more bedrooms: one suite bedroom with capacity for 3 guests with two beds of 90 x 200 cm and a single sofa bed of the same measures plus a full bathroom (with tub) inside and another room with a bunk beds 90x190 for two more persons.
