BOOKING POLICY:
A deposit of 50% of your rental rate is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Your rental balance Plus Damage Deposit of $500.00 is due in FULL 30 days prior to your Check-in date.
All personal checks are acceptable, except if paying any remaining balance less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
No bookings can be held without a Deposit. The damage deposit less any adjustments will be returned 5 days after your departure
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations with-in 10 days of booking, your deposit will be refunded
Cancellations Less than 90 days prior to Check-in No Refunds. If the house is rented for the same period, your rent will be refunded.
No refunds for Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check-in - SPECIAL NOTES:

- There are 3 Bed rooms on the top floor with a larger bedroom and sleep sofa in the lower bedroom. Our bedrooms are just the right size for growing families. Linens and comforters are available for each bedroom. All the bedrooms on the first floor are air conditioned and come with ceiling fans as well. the Lower bedroom has ample space for teens and also includes a separate bathroom. All the rooms come with large windows to take in the Ocean breeze. The First floor is fully furnished well appointed with hardwood floors throughout. A spacious dinning room opens up to wonderful deck where you can relax on our Patio set.
