The Kelley House is open year-round for weekly rentals. Long weekends are available Off-season & Mid-Season with a 3 night minimum plus $200 cleaning.

Mid-Season:
$2400/week April 1 - June 16 '08*
$375 per night (3 night minimum) plus $200 cleaning
Peak Season:
$3295/week June 14 - September 6 '08* (weekly Saturday-to-Saturday rental)
Mid-Season:

$350 per night (3 night minimum) plus $200 cleaning
*An additional charge of $500 accompanies the weeks of 4th of July and Carnival, $200 for Memorial Day weekend and Family Weeks
