We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
Making a Booking:
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

- The sleeping accommodation in the villa is extremely versatile and can sleep up to 8 guests if required. The principal master bedroom is situated to the first floor and offers a fabulous suite in which to rest and enjoy your stay, with a luxurious double bedroom overlooking the lake and which leads to an adjoining sitting room with fireplace and a luxury en-suite shower room. Two further spacious double bedrooms feature to the second floor and both offering breath taking lake views and also use of shared modern bathroom, which offers a bath tub, shower and marble topped his and hers wash basins. To the third floor the beamed sloping ceiling adds a romantic charm to the second sitting room-come-bedroom, which is fitted with comfortable sofa beds and also enjoys a lake view from its charming rose porthole wind.
