The house has played host to countless parties over the last 200 years! The house lends itself equally well to large formal gatherings as to small relaxed house parties.
The dining room can be set out in a formal manner with one long table, or for larger gatherings, the Red Room can also be used (it interconnects with the dining room) to seat up to 80 people. This leaves two further reception rooms allowing even more of your guests to drink, chat and maybe dance without getting in one another's way.
The large reception room is ideally suited for dancing - at a recent party over 100 guests were Scottish reeling well into the night! There's even a hire shop for kilts up the road if you wish to get fully into the swing!
