Short Breaks: £1,640 to £3,900 (Low to high season price range based on exclusive hire of the property for 2 nights)
Security deposit: €1500. The security deposit is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
Energy costs: Included in the rental price. There may be a charge for the low seasons.
Cleaning service: A cleaner will come twice weekly.
Additional staff: At guest request additional staff can be hired at the following rate:
Cleaning lady: 14 euro/hr
Cook: 20 euro/hr
Childminder: 10 euro/hr
Horse Ridding Instructor: 30 euro/hr
End of stay cleaning: Included in the rental price. Please leave the property in the state you found it
- Arrival time: 5pm onwards.
Departure time: 10am.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
