- Bedroom 3 is upstairs, with its own separate bathroom. One of the double beds is in the dormer window, with an expansive view of the lake and property. On the first floor there is also a screened-in sleeping porch with two cots, an Adirondack tradition for those lovely summer nights! Our rates are based on a maximum of six persons. Additional persons may occasionally be accommodated for short periods, for an additional charge.

Ticonderoga House Details
The kitchen is fully equipped with matching dishes for 12 (or more), microwave, dishwasher, and all the other things that should be in a kitchen. Washer & dryer are located in the basement. An authentic, wood-burning, 'Finnish sauna' is available for one use per week if scheduled in advance with the owner.
