Short drive to beaches from this totally relaxing 2 bedroom, 2 bath, double-wide mobile home on river, with screened lanai in gated, 55+ community that has all amenities. This very comfortable, detached unit is in Kings Gate Club, an exclusive, resident owned, gated park with boat launch facilities. There is a carport for 2 cars, a well equipped kitchen, large comfortable, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (1 with shower and 1 with tub/shower) and plenty of closets. You can totally relax on the lanai, complete with waterfall, as you watch the river flow by. This is an extremely safe and desirable neighborhood. You can be at the beach in 5 minutes without any traffic (you simply cross the main highway). You are just as close to shopping, restaurants and the Isle of Venice. Many first-rate golf courses are within a 5 to 12 minute drive and Sarasota is just a short drive to the north. Health facilities and excellent hospitals are in nearby Venice and Sarasota.

Venice House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $2500. per month with one month minimum
  • $2500./month (minimum 1 month) NOV 1, 2008 - APRIL30, 09 (or longer)

All amenities are open 24 hours a day, so if you feel like a midnight swim or just want to exchange a video at the clubhouse at 2AM, you can do it.

Wonderful, uncrowded beaches are nearby, as is shopping, restaurants, golf, attractions and health facilities.

This community has everything you could want in a vacation destination. If total relaxation is for you, this is it... If many activities are for you, this is it... You will probably want to stay year round.
