This payment has to be in our account at least 1 day before your arrival. This deposit will be returned to your account, if no damage has been occurred, within 1 week after departure.
Every booking is confirmed by a rental agreement.
The down payment of the rent is 50% of the total rent. The remainder has to be deposited at least eight weeks before the start of the rental period.
When booking within eight weeks before the rental period you will pay the total amount at once. - You can enter the rented holiday home from 15.00 h on. On the last day of the stay you will have to leave the holiday home before 10.30 h am.
Week rental takes place from Friday to Friday.
Weekend rental takes place from Friday afternoon 15.00 h to Monday morning 10.30 h.
Midweek rental takes place from Monday afternoon 15.00 h to Monday afternoon 10.30 h.
Weekend XL rental takes place from Wednesday afternoon 15.00 h to Monday morning 11.00 h.
Habitation with more than 12 people is not allowed.

- On the first floor of Villa Binnenzee is the master bedroom which can be reached via the spacious walk-in closet. Here is a double bed and in the adjacent bathroom you find a steam cabin. The luxurious and special bath is in the bedroom itself. The second floor of Villa Binnenzee accommodates the other bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with four single beds and the third bedroom has two additional single beds. The second bathroom has a bathtub with shower. All beds in Villa Binnenzee include comfortable box spring beds with down duvets. The baby inventory consists of two baby cots, two baby chairs, a playpen, changing mat and a baby bath and a pee pot.

In the front side of the house you find the large kitchen. Near the authentic heater is the large dining table for twelve people. The cooking area is almost professional and all equipment is available for you, including a Boretti cooker with double oven. In the back side of the holiday home you find the living room. It is stylish and comfortable designed and features a wood-burning fireplace. Through the open doors you have access to the veranda where you can sit sheltered by the outdoor fireplace until late evening viewing the sunny garden. In the back of the garden you will find a spacious lounge terrace also with a fireplace/bbq.
