Towels and linen provided. The cleaning charge is between €30 - €50.00 depending on size of group.
We can arrange to have fresh milk, water, coffee and bread for you on arrival, especially if you are travelling with small children.
We request 30% advance payment to secure booking, and balance to be sent 4 weeks before arrival date.
Refundable €150 security deposit required on arrival, to be given back upon departure
Arrivals: preferably not before 2 PM (you can ask for an earlier check-in, it will be allowed if possible).
Departures: before 11.00 am - Please ask for larger groups (up to 10 ) and we'll be pleased to give you a tailored offer
