This delightful vacation home is located approximately 500 ft off Cliff Road and is approximately 1 mile from Town. This Edge of Town location offers convenience to beach and bike paths. The house itself has very recently been totally updated and includes Corian counter tops and a new deck area overlooking a watershed area that offers fabulous sunset views. During the day enjoy the wild flowers (depending on time of year) and red wing black birds amongst the moors and water shed. You'll love the opportunity to take walks in any direction that may lead to a private tennis club or various dirt paths and a different adventure with nature on a daily basis. This is a delightful Cape Cod style 'Collectible Cottage' that will make the heart sing and want you to came back again. If an attractive decor is part of the enjoyment of your Nantucket experience then this residence is for you.

Depending upon your particular needs for a vacation experience Nantucket offers it. Whether you choose an active vacation including: theatre, restaurants, shops and auctions or whether you seek solace in the moors, bike paths, walks on the Tupancy links, Sanford Farms or on the beach or board walks (to name but a few) or just crash on the deck of our home with a few books and enjoy the sun, your Nantucket experience will be special and memorable. For the year-round or vacation sportsman, there's surf fishing, pond fishing (talk about solitude and nature..the ponds are it), and charter boats that will give you the 'big catch' of blues or stripers that you dream about but seldom attain. Those charter guys really know the water and you won't come back to shore disappointed. If you prefer not eating out at one of the fabulous restaurants, the house includes a kitchen table seating 8 people and a dining area table which seats 4-6 people. Also, a table on the deck seats 4-8 people.

As owners, we pride ourselves in keeping it attractively maintained and are seeking vacationers who willingly accept the responsibility of keeping it that way during their stay and have an appreciation that the summer residents following them will be seeking the same amenities upon their arrival.
