Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- FALL/WINTER $1800/mo/month + utilities for FULL SEASON only
- Sept 11, 2012 - May 15, 2013 - $1800/mo + utilities - for full fall/winter/spring season
Or, Thanksgiving Week 2012 $1500, Christmas week 2012 $2000.
By the week or month (if not rented for full season): check with owner for winter rates.
Weekly during the summer, $2,000/wk + $100 cleaning fee. - Available full fall/winter season Sept 11, 2012- May 15th, 2012 ($1800/mo for full fall/winter season).
A full season rental is preferable, but barring that, the house may be available by the month or for holiday weeks, check with owner for rates.
