Air conditioning: Villa Alfina is located on a ridge at 620 meters (1,980 feet) elevation and therefore enjoys cooler than usual daytime and evening temperatures throughout the year. The Villa is not equipped with air conditioning however there is a ceiling fan in each bedroom.
It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property
Access: The owners and their designated representatives have unlimited access to the property for maintenance purposes (e.g. inspections/repairs, regular maintenance of gardens etc.). Every effort is made to minimize inconvenience to guests.
Documents: Italian Law requires that all guests produce a means of identification (ID card or passport) on arrival. - Extra Services
- Catering: Villa Alfina is pleased to offer full or half-board meal service at reduced rates at Ristorante Nuovo Castello, located adjacent to the property. The restaurant offers a delicious home-made cuisine typical of the Alta Tuscia region.
