Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our rates are payable in £ in the UK, $ in US, and include electric pool heat, cable, WiFi. Local taxes are 12%.
We accept sterling cheques between UK banks, US checks in US but all other international payments must be made by secure online banking or Online Payments.
We require 50% to confirm the rental and the balance is payable 1 month before the rental commences. We require a security deposit of £200 ($300) refundable after the property has been cleaned, checked and any long distance phone use deducted. In the event of cancellation the deposit will be returned as soon as the property has been re-let, it is the guest's responsibility to insure against such eventualities.
The cleaning charge of £100 ($150) will be deducted from this unless it has been left in cash. Should the cleaning take longer than 4 hours there will be an additional charge. Guests can keep the cost down by leaving the house as tidy as possible, thank you.
