Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- In order to book the apartment a reservation deposit is required, of 25% of the total rental amount. Payments may be made via bank wire directly into our bank account in Brazil or Italy (in local currency). You can also pay with your credit card through PayPal.
During Carnival and New Years, 50% of the rental amount is required as a deposit.
The balance of the rent is to be paid in cash (In Euro, USD or BRL) on the arrival date or by bank transfer 5 days prior to arrival. Credit cards and travelers checks are not accepted upon arrival.
Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until we have received the pre-payment amount and you have received a confirmation e-mail. - Upon arrival you will also be asked for a deposit against damage made during your stay. The deposit should be made in cash, and will be returned in full at the end of the stay, provided that there are no damages and the apartment is left in good condition. The deposit goes from 100€ to 500€ according to the number of guests.
- On the day of arrival you will be welcomed by us in the apartment to sign the rental agreement contract. At this time we will also collect the full remaining balance from you. This payment is to be made in cash in Euro, USD or BRL at the official exchange rate of the day.
Please advise us in advance of the arrival time so that we can either arrange the airport transfer for you or to meet you directly in the apartment.
Normal check out time is 11:00 AM and normal check in time is 2:00 PM. If no one rents the apartment on the day you are leaving we do not charge for a late check out on that day. If you want to secure a late check out, you can do so by paying another ½ day's rent.
If you are needing your check-in or check-out before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM, there is a 30 US$ fee, unless you have already paid your extra half day's rent.

Reservations will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. However, in some cases, you will be able to change the dates of
