Theresa Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $850/week - ($750/week off season)
- Although there are 6 double beds, our intent is to rent to families. Rates are for up to 2 adults - Children under 18 free. Additional adults are $200/week. Please call us about young adult children.
Full Rental fee is due at check-in. A $300 non refundable deposit will reserve the cottage. When you arrive, the reservation deposit will become a security deposit during stay. It will be returned after you leave provided everything is left the way you found it.
