- A booking is confirmed on receipt of 25% of the rental price.
- The price includes: “taxe de séjour”, key deposit, heating/air conditioning, internet, sheets, bath and beach towels etc.
- The price does not include the following mandatory fees which are payable in cash on arrival : cleaning (250€) and laundry (25€ per person).
- A security deposit of 500€ is payable in cash on arrival and normally returned intact at the end of the holiday.
- The property must be left clean and tidy and all the rubbish removed. If the property has been left in an unusually dirty and/or untidy state then the Property Manager will charge for any extra cleaning required, and this will be taken out of the security deposit.
- Arrivals after 9PM is charged 30€
