Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

check out: Saturday 11am - No Proms! Included; basic cable, local telephone, wireless high-speed Internet, pool cleaning, lawn maintenance, internet & propane (grill) Landlord will send lease. Security deposit required. Not included: electricity (LIPA), oil for pool heater, cleaning fee, garbage removal fee. These items will be deducted from security deposit (approx 15% rent).
Tenant provide beach chairs, linens, towels, pool toys.
