After finding an available week, please call or email me with the dates. I will then block off that time for you and send out two lease copies to your address. You sign both copies & enclose a check for 1/2 weeks rent (within 10 days) and I will send you back one copy of a lease with my signature. Come June 1, 2013, I require the remaining 1/2 month plus a $400 security deposit (separate checks please). I will then send out keyless lock code, property info (directions etc).
