House is set on double lot, providing space for kids to play. Ideal for relaxing and contemplating sunsets. Outdoor enclosed hot and cold shower/dressing area is great for after the beach. Boat ramp markets, restaurants, bakery, Brickley's ice cream parlor, golf driving range within 1 mile. No smoking or pets (owner highly allergic).

Bonnet Shores House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1650-$2000/week/Summer; $17,100 / Academic year
  • Summer
    June 7 to 28th
    $1,650 /week -- Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 10 am.

    July & August:
    Weekly: Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 10 am
    $2,000 / week -- June 28 - July 5 departure
    $2,000 / week -- August 9 - August 16 departure
    $1,900 / remaining weeks of July & August
    Discount for Multiple Weeks; Bed linens provided in summer.

    $300 security deposit. $100 will be deducted from security deposit for cleaning and linen services. Balance of security deposit is refundable after housekeeper inspection upon checkout.

    Academic Year: 2008-2009 Available $17,100 + Security Deposit
  • Water and sewer charges will be paid by the landlord, not by the tenant.
