- Entering the first floor apartment you arrive into a large entrance hallway, with high ceilings. Off this is the spacious and airy living room and dining room. The living area has high ceilings & traditional doorways with two sets of French doors leading on to the balcony. There are two large chaise lounges which both convert into double beds. Also within this living room, is a dining area with a set of 6 dining chairs and an additional 4 chairs to seat ten people. The balcony offers space to sit outdoors and soak up the atmosphere of Eixample. Off the dining area is a smaller room with lots of closet space and a further double sofa bed. There is also a further set of French doors leading onto a balcony.. Going back to the central hallway, there is access to a further double bed, a fully modernised and equipped kitchen, a family bathroom with bath & shower and finally the master bedroom. This proudly boasts a four poster bed, an en-suite bathroom, access to a further smaller balcony.
