Interior Description: Sit-up bar faces kitchen; large living room and fireplace, cherry entertainment center (stereo/VCR/cable TV), and a large dining table. Entrance Level Suite has its own full bathroom with tub/shower, large closet and a separate entrance. Lower level features three bedrooms (one queen, one double, two twins) all with large closets and built-in dressers. The lower floor has its own bathroom with a large shower featuring a built-in sit-down. Incorporated into the lower outside deck, there is an oyster/fish cleaning double sink and an outside shower. Kitchen is a cooks dream stocked with coffee grinder, toaster, blender, disposal sink and full complement of cookware and food service. Parking is available for 5-6 vehicles
House Layout: The spacious, upper level master suite includes a large jacuzzi, shower, wash area with double sinks, bathroom, private wet bar / sitting area (with TV), and private breakfast deck. A large widows-walk deck, with stunning views Wellfleet harbor and the lower Cape adorns the top of the house. Living Level has an open layout, featuring a huge re-modeled kitchen, with hardwood floors and bar seating. Additional master suite and lower bedrooms afford great privacy. Bathrooms are also remodeled.
Golf: Chequessett Yacht & Country Club is within walking distance. Spectacular 18 hole golf course with views of Wellfleet Harbor and Herring River Estuary. Course is part of the largest marsh/estuary recovery project in the United States. Golf course offers carts, clubs and full service proshop and food service. Call for details: 508-349-9704.
