Montague Lodge Details
Historic Boat House 'Common Area': Our historic 108 year old two-level boathouse is now a 'common area' for our guests. Recently renovated, it features a full kitchen, gameroom with ping-pong, air-hockey and foosball, bathroom, free laundry, free ice machine. Covered and uncovered rooftop deck with picnic table and chairs. Fire pit next to the lake with firewood provided. We are a popular destination for family reunions, church and other large groups (up to 68 persons total).
Property Features: Almost two acres of park like grounds with 300 feet of prime lake frontage. Private beach area with shallow water and clean sandy lake bottom. Three docks, four boat lifts available for rent. Outdoor fish cleaning station with commercial freezer. Just over one mile from a deep water channel to Lake Michigan. Fishermen welcome!
Reservation Requirements: 50% Reservation deposit required, fully refundable up to six weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. Minimum age to make a reservation is 21. Checks or cash only, credit cards not accepted.
