Off the main hall, there is a spacious bathroom with tiled tub/shower, a small office alcove, an open hallway closet with built-in bench and ample storage, and a large, fully-equipped laundry room. Bask in the sun on the sprawling mahogany deck, or dine at fresco on the spacious screened-in porch. Downstairs, take a private, hot outdoor shower, or enjoy quiet times on the patio and entry portico, where natural surroundings and beautiful views of the bay and neighboring area abound. Large garage and ample parking. Linens are not provided.
