There are nine restaurants, dozens of shops and galleries, fish markets, produce stands, grocery store, the marina, golf, tennis, a newly renovated skate park, ball park, and so much more. Take in the natural beauty on foot, by bike or boat. Fresh water ponds are within one mile and salt water beaches are within one (bay) to two miles (ocean).

Welcome back to your summer house.: In the past couple of years, we have been reshaping our land to include a terraced 25+ tree orchard and a small working greenhouse. We've added a bee hive and we're building a natural pond for wildlife. Our property is chemical-free, our garden is organic. In the home, we use all-natural and eco-friendly products.
