Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Pool heating is available for $150 per week. This is normally only needed from October - April. It can be turned on for you once you arrive for $25 per day should you decide you wish to have the pool heated.
- A 25% deposit is payable at time of booking confirmation. Full balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to occupancy.
A security deposit of $250 is to be paid when the balance payment is made. This will be returned after the management company have completed their departure inspection and all is well. - Monthly rates are available on request, please feel free to contact us for latest rates and late availability.
Changeover dates are negotiable and depended on confirmed bookings.
For stays less than 7days a cleaning fee of $85 will be charged.
All prices are inclusive of all taxes
