Chatham House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $700-$1700/week, weekends also available in off-season
- Special Off Season Discounts: After Oct. 15th - $125/nt for 2, $15 additional person per night.
$200 Security (as a separate check)
$85 Cleaning fee (one-time fee-- if you rent for multiple weeks you only pay the cleaning fee once)
Prime Season Rentals are Check-in: Saturday 3:30PM, Check-out : Saturday 10:30AM
To reserve time, a 50% deposit is required. Payments for balance, security ($300-fully refundable) and cleaning fee ($85) are due 30 days prior to occupancy. - $700-$1700/week.
Off-Season Discount! $125 nt. for 2, $15/night per add'l. person.

Close to the beach, close to town, easy to get to… We spent most of our time on Forest Beach.
