Barnstable House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rate range from $1000 to $2600, depending on season.
  • $2000 per week early June
    $2000 per week early/mid June
    $2200 per week late June
    $2800 per week for July and first 3 weeks of August
    $2500 for week starting August 23
    $2400 to $2000 during September
    $1500 to $1000 during October
    $1000 per week for November, January, February, March, and April.
    $1500 for first three weeks of May
    $1800 per week for period between May 22-31 (includes Memorial Day)
    For holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter), rates will be somewhat higher.
    Please contact us for exact rates and availability--both negotiable.
  • While the usual Cape Cod rental period is Saturday to Saturday, we are able to accomodate special requests regarding dates, so don't hesitate to ask. Holiday weeks, including Thanksgiving, Easter week, and Christmas/New Years are good bets for rental inquiry. Please check our calendar and inquire, either by email or phone.

    We are particularly interested in renting during the following periods:
    Wed. June 13-Sunday June 17: $1100
    Thurs. April 12 to Monday April 30, 2012: $1000 for 7 days. For longer period, please inquire.

  • Two full baths, including a master bath with separate shower and a bathtub (great for reading). In addition, an outdoor shower is good both for getting sand off after a trip to the beach or for bathing under clear skies or the stars.

  • Two bedrooms on the first floor are each equipped with both a queen and a single bed. The other first floor bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom (and bath) is on the second (living) floor and has one queen sized bed. For extra guests, there is a double bed futon in the sun room. There is also a portable crib, a high chair, child-sized table and chairs, baby gates, and other child-proofing features.

Notes: The master bedroom and bath, a fully equipped kitchen and great room (living/dining area) with cozy window seat and wood stove, as well as a wonderful screened porch are on the second floor. The first floor contains the other three bedrooms, bathroom, living room with TV/DVD, and sun room; there are many puzzles, board games, books (both children and adult) and toys provided. French doors open onto a large wooden deck with gas grill, table and chairs. The full basement contains ping pong table, extra kitchen supplies, beach equipment (coolers, boogie board, beach chairs, pails/shovels, etc.) washer/dryer, and ironing board. There is a large yard with hammock and plenty of room for yard games provided (croquet, badminton, volleyball, etc.), as well as an outdoor 'after-swim' shower. We have recently built an adorable cabin/playhouse with a wrap-around deck. The house is safe and child-friendly. While the house is exceptionally well ventilated, we also have central AC if needed.
