Barnstable House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- For the home the rates are $1920 per week and the cottage $1150 per week during the summer of 2008.
- 3 Bedroom House:
The Coffey House is a weekly, monthly and seasonal rental. Winter Rates are $1500 to $2000 per month. Begins October 1, 2008.
Rates for 2009 are $1920 per week. Begins June 30th and ends August 25th.
One half total amount due will reserve home, if available upon receipt of deposit. Confirmation will be sent to you.
The Coffey House is available for Winter rentals also: e-mail for information. - Ask about renting our cottage for extra sleeping accommodations. Weekly, monthly and seasonal rental of 3-bedroom home/1-bedroom cottage...completely furnished. There are some weeks available for the cottage which is also available as a seasonal rental after September at $950/month. See pictures of cottage on my website in the owner contact information.
