One half total amount due will reserve home, if available upon receipt of deposit. Confirmation will be sent to you.
The Coffey House is available for Winter rentals also: Please e-mail owner for information and Rental Application. Dates are negotiable.

*Call owner for short term rentals. - Ask about renting our cottage for extra sleeping accommodations. Cottage rents for $1,000 weekly. Call for information regarding possible Winter Rental of the 1-bedroom cottage.
