$175/night or $300 for a weekend
Service fee for cleaning: $75 summer/fall, $115 winter includes hot tub maintenance. Please add 10% for VT Room & Meals tax. Discounts offered for multiple weekend bookings or for more than 5 nights.
Call for rates for any other rental dates. - Rates vary based on the time of year. Short term rentals only, please. Will consider house swaps during off-peak periods.
