Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $3000-$6000/week
- The first payment (50% of the rent) is required at the time of booking. The final payment (remaining 50% of rent) and the security deposit is due 30 days prior to check-in. The security deposit must be posted in one of two ways. The renter may either pay a $1000.00 refundable security deposit along with the final 50% payment OR the renter may purchase rental insurance from Home Away for a one-time non-refundable fee of $59.00. The landlord will set up the insurance. Payment is accepted by personal check, money order or bank check. Private party rentals such as this are not subject to 11.7% room tax.
- Weekly turnover day in July and August is Saturday. Check in: 4:00pm. Check out: 10am. Cleaning fee is included with normal wear and tear. Excessive cleaning will be deemed damage and charged to renter or deducted from security deposit. Extra cleaning due to pets will be assessed and charged to pet security deposit.
WEDDINGS: No extra charge for weddings of less than 25 persons. Large weddings or receptions may incur additional fees and additional security deposit to cover clean-up, etc.
