A refundable security cash deposit of £200/E200 to be held against damage/breakages is taken upon arrival and returned at the end of the holiday or within 7 days of departure providing the all is satisfactory with the apartment.
Check in time is 4pm onwards or earlier if the apartment is not occupied the previous night.
Check out time is by 11am or later if the apartment is not occupied the night following your departure. - Rates include a meet and greet service, linen, towels, normal cleaning and use of internet/wifi. It also includes normal use of air conditioning sufficient for a hot summer period. Excessive use of air conditioning is subject to additional charge and a pay as you go card facility is available for this.
