50% of rental for a weekly rental and 100% of a nightly rental due when booking to hold reservation. The Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival. $300 or sign and stamp credit slip as a damage deposit
Larger units are also available - We take pride in having created a living spaces that are both comfortable and pleasant, yet at the same time is surrounded by the beauty and the serenity of nature. Original art adorns the walls bathed in sunlight filtered through the forest of trees outside the windows.
Just a ten-minute walk into town the Cottage and 2nd Floor Studio are private studio apartments set back 300 feet in the woods on the North side of Bradford Street. Both spaces have fully equipped kitchens, a queen-size bed, a fully furnished living area, and decks overlooking the woods.
While the Cottage has a Jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom, the 2nd Floor Studio has a built-in tiled shower. Both spaces are finished with yellow pine flooring and window trim, Vermont slate floors in the kitchen areas, and decorative tile bathrooms.
Has parking for one vehicle and equipped with linens, towels, full kitchens, Bar-B-Q, Internet access and Television with cable
