- RENT WEEKLY WITH ONE WEEK MINIMUM STAY
Charges (internet access, water, electricity, gas, wood) are included. Cleaning included (4 hours mid-week and 4 hours end of stay). Pool and garden maintenance are included. Pool heating included only from mid-June to mid-September (weather permitting).The party shall not exceed 10 guests, unless prior and separate agreement made at the time of booking. Pets are not allowed within the property unless prior and separate agreement made at the time of booking. Pets should never be allowed in bedrooms. - All payments to be made by bank transfer and in Pound Sterling. Online payment by card also available. Cheques are not accepted. Booking is secured only upon reception of 25% of the total amount and booking form completed, signed and returned by email. Balance due 6 weeks before start of rental. Damage deposit: £3000 to be deposited six weeks before start of rental and refunded two weeks after the day of departure less any sum which may be due for extra cleaning, damage or loss of keys.
- Arrival on Saturday at 16.00. Departure on Saturday at 10.00. Many thanks for respecting these times to allow the housekeeper to do her work.

Reversible air conditioning allows to always be at the right temperature (with temp setting per room), especially in the summer when the weather can be hot.
