Weekend off season: $1200 3 night minimum, SD $250 - $500 Security Deposit Required one month prior to beginning of rental. Half rental fee due with booking, and 2nd half due one month prior to rental.
Cleaning will be deducted from security deposit at the end of the rental at rate of $30 per hour. Usual
cleaning is 5-6 hours. Any damage would be deducted, remainder is returned to renter within 30 days.
(Maid service is available for $30 per hour with minimum of 2 hours required and needs to be set up prior
to beginning of rental term.
