- Villa Nuceria is appropriate for elderly people as all bedrooms and living areas are on the ground floor, so that wheelchair access is easy from the living areas through the front door to the pool and beach. Villa Capua less so as it has one bedroom on the ground floor. From the balcony, there's a beach cabana next to the pool looking toward the beach as well as a square top cabana on the beach itself for cover when you want a little shade with the gentle trade winds.
