- We have a walkout basement apartment that is available to rent as well. This is great for teens or the in-laws who want a bit more privacy- or simply as an extra bedroom. It has it's own bathroom with shower and TV with cable. There is also a small kitchen and fridge which is great for large families who need the kitchen space overflow. The cost for this extra room is 300 dollars a week.
The apartment will remain empty if you do not chose to rent it.
There is 100 dollar non refundable fee for having a pet in the house. Must be approved by owners first

We are extremely thorough in our cleanings. We have had someone stay for two weeks in a wheel chair. We are not ADA, but could work for some families.

Dogs are allowed after speaking to owner, but should be crated if left at home alone, and you cannot be sure they won't do any damage. We have a single twin mattress that we can have available upon request before your vacation. This would be ideal for an extra child. Please let us know.
