Children-Friendly: The house has a large wooden sandbox on the front lawn, two child gates on the top and bottom of the stairs, and one child gate on the outside deck. There are two cribs, pack'n'go playpen, high chair, table & chairs for kids' arts and crafts projects. There are bikes, tricycle, lots of toys, books, DVDs, videos, music CDs and boardgames for both kids and grownups.
