Our NONSMOKING home is located at the end of our gated private road directly off Edgartown/West Tisbury Road (the main road leading “up island”) it is 4.4 miles from town and across from the bike path. The three-acre yard provides for entertaining, sunbathing, bird watching, lounging on the deck, boccie, volleyball and croquet. The floral enclosed outdoor shower room is a great way to start the day. The entertainment deck holds four handmade Adirondack chairs surrounding a cocktail table about 3 feet square. A picnic table, gas grill, smoker/cooker The second floor master bedroom contains a queen bed. Another smaller bedroom, on the second floor contain a trundle bed. Next is what I refer to as the game loft, filled with games, movies, puzzles, TV, VCR, DVD and CD player, and surround sound each floor has a stereo, it has a Futon and a privacy drape that closes it off from the upstairs.
