- RATES INCLUDE : Taxes, bed linen & towels (for 4 people), internet (WiFi), electricity & water, air con or heat depending on the season, linens and towels change over plus a light clean every week and final cleaning for over one week stays.Final cleaning is 180 €. Final cleaning means that the kitchen should be tidy, fridge emptied, and garbage removed. Otherwise 100 € extra charge will apply.
A deposit of 30% is required on making the booking, the balance to be paid one month before arrival. On receipt of the deposit you will receive a Rental Invoice and Contract.
On receipt of the balance, directions to the apartment and contact details for meeting the apartment manager will be forwarded. The manager will have the keys and show you around the apartment.

The pool is heated. But as we always want to be fair, the pool cannot be heated if the outdoor temperature is below 15 degrees Celsius or 59 Fahrenheit.
So, the pricing for May, June, July, August, September and October do include the heat of the pool, as we know the outside temperature is above 15 ° C.
For the remaining months, November, December, January, February, March and April, we don't know in advance what temperature is going to be. So if the weather permits, the pool will be heated upon request, and 100 € charged per week to heat the pool, if we can heat it and you can use it. Otherwise, you won't have to pay for it.
