Notes: Four bedrooms each with a queen-size bed; 3 bedroom each with two twin beds. Outdoor 6-7 person luxurious jacuzzi! One working fireplace on second level; One non working fireplace - 1st level - Home completely renovated in the fall of 2004 and 2005. New Kitchen, New sheet rocked walls, new tile and carpeted floors. All new bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. Huge master bedroom with bath and heated floor. There is a asher and dryer on the first level. Additionally, the first level also has a living area which seats 5-6 and a dining table which seats six. The living room seating capacity is included in the overall living room seating capacity. A GAS FIREPLACE UNIT HAS JUST BEEN INSTALLED - DEC 2012 - IN THE FIRST LEVEL FIREPLACE. Linen and towel service provided by house cleaner at a $150 fee.
