Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rates are for a maximun of 4 people in the main house. In case of need, is possible to open the second house (no more than 8 people both houses together). For more than 4 people, prices will be 300 euros more on low season and 400 euros more form 1st of June to 30th of August.
- To book the property the guest should send the 25% of the rent. The rest should be paid by cash on the arrival day.
- The guest will give 100 euros as a deposit that will be given back the last day if there is no damage in the property or its contents and everything is as clean as the first day.
