Winter rental: Oct. or Nov. 2010-May 1, 2011. Rent is $1,500/month + utilities. No smokers/pets/candle burning. References checked. - No car is necessary because of In the Lee's superb location--the Island's best. It is within quick walking distance of Main Street's attractions, beaches, bike paths, shuttle bus to Island-wide attractions and beaches. But this secluded home has two off-street parking spaces at the end of the long, winding driveway.

Caretaker: The caretaker, a Nantucket native, lives nearby. She therefore is able to respond quickly to tenants' needs, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment. She gives tenants literature, Island maps and the Nantucket Restaurant guide. For a fee, she will pick up groceries and supplies to stock the refrigerator before tenants arrive.
