Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices are for 2 people. Then a surcharge of € 50, - per week for each additional person will be calculated.
The last minute offer includes a 20% - 30% discount on the rent for the first 2 persons. The discount is already included in the amount stated in the overview. - You pay as a deposit 40% of the rent latest 10 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The booking is only recorded when the payment is received within this period. The remaining 60% of the rent, together with the warranty, has to be deposited at the latest six weeks before the first day of the booking.
There is a warranty of € 250.-. This amount will be refunded within 10 days of the rental period and normal use of the villa. Exceptional use of the free internet service, electricity or any damage caused will be charged. - Villa Cerah reserves the right to change its prices prematurely, except of already conducted contracts. Payments (excluding the warranty) are not refundable. We advise you to arrange a cancellation insurance.
You can book the transfer from and to the airport through Villa Cerah. You have to pay the costs yourself to the driver (approx. €40.-/500,000 rph). Upon arrival at the end of the afternoon a simple dinner and also a simple breakfast will be provided the following morning.

• meals, beverages, etc. (the housekeeper is pleased to do the groceries for you)
• external activities + transport•massage (information in the villa folder)
• tourist taxes (ca. € 2.40 / 30,000 rph once per stay per person)
• transfer from and to the airport

- All bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink with granite top and wash-hand basin. All bedrooms have separately operated air conditioning and the beds are fitted with a traditional mosquito net. The use of the bed linen is included in the price and is changed twice a week. In addition to a wardrobe with shelves and part to hang clothers there are night tables with drawers.
