The 1 Twin Bed (small room) has no alarm with window fan and the 1 Twin Bed on the 1st Floor (small room). One large floor Fan. Wonderful breeze comes through the house from the ocean. Front porch with 4 rocking chairs. Partial enclosed yard. Table with 8 chairs. 1 Gas Grill, 1 Charcoal Grill.
